At Moonlight Design, we take great care to ensure every order arrives exactly as you expect,  perfect and ready to install.

Important: Trade Returns Policy

Please note that as a trade (B2B) customer, we do not accept returns for:

  • Unwanted goods
  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • No-longer-required products

Returns are only accepted in cases where an item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, our team will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. We will arrange one of the following solutions as appropriate:

  • Repair: where the item can be repaired to full working condition
  • Replacement: a like-for-like replacement will be sent
  • Credit: account credit issued where repair or replacement is not suitable

How to Report a Damaged or Faulty Item

  1. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery (within 72 hours)
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Include photographs of any damage where applicable
  4. Our team will assess and arrange the appropriate resolution

We recommend inspecting all deliveries upon arrival. This helps us resolve any issues quickly and ensures your projects stay on schedule. Please note that we may not be able to replace or credit damaged goods if we’re notified more than 72 hours after delivery.
